RIDGEVIEW
, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a full-time Mobile Crisis Team Director.  This position leads a team of  Master's level Clinicians in conducting critical assessments in our walk in center and out in the community. In this position, you will be on the ground conducting assessments as you mentor your team in best practices.  You will have an opportunity every day to use your skills and to feel the satisfaction of knowing you're making a difference in your team's lives and in the lives of Ridgeview's clients and families.

REQUIREMENTS

A Master’s degree from an accredited institution in a mental health related field required.  LCSW or LPC-MHSP required.  Experience in crisis services preferred. Management / administrative experience required.  Must possess and maintain a valid Tennessee driver’s license and have a safe driving record.

JOB DUTIES

This position manages all aspects of the daily operation of the Mobile Crisis Team program, along with hands-on direct care (assessments). Responsible for program development and maintenance of linkages with law enforcement officials, hospital emergency room staff, and community resources.  Maintains a relationship with managed care organizations and ensures that requested services are provided.  Responsibilities also include staff training, training and consultation with community resources, and development of resources for respite care in Ridgeview’s five county service area.  Represents MCT on management committees.
