RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center has an immediate RN opening for a part-time Outpatient Medication Management / Psychiatric LPN. This position will have a standard 8am-4:30pm weekdays schedule, primarily at our main location in Oak Ridge, totaling 24 hours per week.

REQUIREMENTS

Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN). Requires degree from an accredited school of nursing and a current LPN license from the Tennessee Board of Nursing that is free of restrictions and without a current suspension.  Three+ years experience in nursing required.  Helpful to have had experience in psychiatric nursing. Must be able to work independently.

JOB DUTIES

The LPN is primarily responsible for the assessment and implementation of treatment delivered to patients in the outpatient clinics. The nurse acts as a liaison between the patient, patient's family, psychiatrist, other staff, and the community to address patient needs when the patient is out in the community.
