REQUIREMENTS

A Bachelor's degree in the social sciences; two years of professional experience working with the SPMI population preferred; safe driving record is required.

JOB DUTIES

Provides direct support for individuals needing housing support.  Utilizes a client-centered, goal-directed, and recovery-oriented method for identifying needs and securing services to offer a full array of appropriate and necessary services and assistance in accordance with the individual's overall plan of service and current behavioral health standards.  Provides oversight of Oak Ridge Apartments and Transitional House.  Maintains a designated caseload of THL clients.  Provides backup for Director’s housing related responsibilities as needed.
