RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, has an immediate opening for a part-time RN Coordinator for the THL (Tennessee Health Links) program.  This position will be flexibly scheduled 20 hours per week during regular business hours.

Must possess a degree or diploma from a college or an accredited school of nursing; possess a current license or permit issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing; and demonstrate capacity to work effectively in a therapeutic relationship with individuals and groups.  A minimum of one year psychiatric nursing experience preferred.  Must have valid driver’s license.

JOB DUTIES

This position is primarily responsible for the assessment, coordination, planning, implementation, and evaluation of medical needs for Ridgeview clients in our Tennessee Health Link Program.  The position will interface with Ridgeview’s Tennessee Health Link team of behavioral health professionals as well as local Primary Care Physicians in an effort to “integrate” services and improve overall health.
