RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, is seeking a Program Manager for an exciting expansion, Ridgeview's Opioid And Detox to Recovery (ROADs). This expansion will include community partnerships, detox on our existing psychiatric inpatient unit, and ongoing substance abuse treatment. You will play a vital, hands-on role on the implementation team for this expansion and in leading the program team to success.

REQUIREMENTS
Requires a Master’s degree in social sciences and two years of professional experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience within the fields of mental health and substance abuse equal to at least five years. Must be task oriented with good organization and time management. Requires TN drivers license with F endorsement and safe driving record. Experience with opioid addiction treatment/ detox preferred. LADAC preferred.
JOB DUTIES
The ROADs Program Manager oversees and coordinates the daily operation of the Ridgeview Opioid and Detox (ROADs) to Recovery program, aligning inpatient detox services with our Mobile Crisis Team and outpatient substance use services while also partnering with local law enforcement and a residential provider of substance abuse services providing wrap-around service facilitation to 200 program participants per year.

- Scope of Services: Demonstrate comfort with understanding grant requirements and becoming an integral part of the team developing a program that complies with the grant scope while also integrating within the existing Ridgeview continuum of services.
- Leadership: Demonstrate capability to be a confident, warm supervisor that can build the team to carry out Ridgeview's vision for this grant.
- Heart for Substance Abuse Services: Demonstrate commitment to building a program that makes a difference in the lives of people struggling with opioid addiction.
- Public Relations/ Networking: Demonstrate ability to build community partnerships Ridgeview's catchment area including our residential partner, police departments, drug recovery courts, and community drug coalitions. Demonstrate ability to network within Ridgeview to build an internal referral network that understands program goals and capabilities.
