REQUIREMENTS
 

Must be a graduate of an accredited technical/practical nursing program and possess a current license issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing.  Must demonstrate capacity to work effectively in a therapeutic relationship with individuals and groups.  A minimum of one year psychiatric nursing experience preferred. Must have a valid driver’s license and must be able obtain certification in CPR and CPI.

JOB DUTIES
 

This position is primarily responsible for the provision of nursing care to adults and geriatric patients on the inpatient unit. The LPN works under the direction of the RN and provides direct patient care including medication administration and related practices.
