RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center, has an immediate opening for a full-time Unlicensed Therapist to provide telehealth services to Department of Children's Services under a new partnership.  The schedule will be standard business hours, Monday-Friday, at our main center location in Oak Ridge, TN.

Master’s Degree in social work, psychology, or counseling. Must be trained in providing trauma-informed treatment with willingness to become trauma-certified. Comfortable and competent using televideo equipment to provide mental health services.



Responsible for the delivery of trauma-informed outpatient clinical services to adults, adolescents, and children using the creative practice of telehealth video connection with the Department of Children’s Services.  Provide assessment services to include, but not limited to, bio-psycho-social intake assessment and substance abuse screening and assessment.  Provide individual and family therapy services, including individual therapy with victims of crime and other trauma.  Build and foster collaborative relationships with DCS offices across all 5 counties served.  Coordinate development of initial Plan of Care with DCS staff and participate in child and family teaming efforts.  Coordinate warm hand-offs for both internal and external referrals, including providers of Medication Assisted Treatment.  Assist individuals in accessing online recovery support services.  Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings and collaborate with administration in task team meetings developed to improve clinical care.
