RIDGEVIEW, a not-for-profit community mental health center based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a full-time Client Services Representative.

REQUIREMENTS
Minimum high school graduate or equivalent. Prior experience in customer service, with experience in mental health or medical/dental environment being preferred. Position requires excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills, computer literacy and problem solving abilities. Must exercise discretion, good judgment, empathy and compassion in communicating with clients. Must be available to work regularly scheduled hours, including some evenings or weekends when business needs require this.
SUMMARY
Primary responsibility is processing calls for clients seeking services, scheduling these initial appointments with benefit verification and service authorizations as required. Must have excellent communication skills and enjoy working with clients. This position acts as a service expert and liaison for clients to obtain services at Ridgeview and/or other agencies.
