Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services, a not-for-profit community mental health center, based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a day-shift, Full-Time (36 hours/week) Registered Nurse in our Inpatient Unit. The schedule will be 12 hour shifts, every other weekend required. This position will be based at our Main Center in Oak Ridge, TN.

REQUIREMENTS
Must possess a degree or diploma from a college or an accredited school of nursing; possess a current license or permit issued by the Tennessee Board of Nursing; and demonstrate capacity to work effectively in a therapeutic relationship with individuals and groups. A minimum of one year psychiatric nursing experience preferred. Must have valid driver’s license.
JOB DUTIES
This position is primarily responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care delivered to adult and geriatric patients on the inpatient unit. The registered nurse, as the team leader, provides immediate direction to the other nursing team members.
