Ridgeview Behavioral Health Services, a not-for-profit community mental health center, based in Oak Ridge, TN, has an immediate opening for a Full Time (30 hours/week with benefits) Mobile Crisis Line Specialist. The position will provide great experience for a professional who wants to work with a broad range of mental health and/or substance abuse issues. Excellent opportunity for an individual interested in pursing their Master's degree while working.  The standard schedule will be Monday through Friday 9am-3pm.

REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor’s degree in a mental health related field required. Experience in the mental health field preferred. Good assessment, communication, and written skills are essential.  Must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license and safe driving record.

JOB DUTIES
The Crisis Line Specialist will answer the Mobile Crisis phone line and manage the needs of the caller. This will include working with individuals in crisis to ensure their safety and to ensure the individual receives the most appropriate resources available, following up with individuals to ensure their needs were met, managing requests for face to face assessments, managing all general calls to the crisis line, and managing basic office functions.
