HS diploma or GED required; must demonstrate the ability to work effectively with individuals, groups, and other team members. Must be able to be CPR and CPI certified (classes provided by Ridgeview). Valid driver’s license required and must be able to work weekends and various shifts. Must be able to respond to needs of individuals in crisis situations while maintaining a safe environment for staff and patients.
This position works with other members of the treatment team in maintaining a therapeutic environment, is responsible for specific day-to-day functions, and provides patient care interventions under the supervision of the registered nurse.
